    The hot springs are just steps outside our cabin, open 24 hours. We loved the effective spa services, especially the therapeutic massages. The staff was fantastic, especially Alejandro at the front desk, who was so helpful and attentive. One downside was the lack of microwaves in the rooms.

    Fine gardens around the pools.

    My experience was disappointing overall. The service in the restaurant was beyond awful. I waited 30 minutes for my dinner while my friends received theirs, and it was impossible to get our server's attention for drinks or dessert. After repeatedly trying to flag them down, we ended up sharing food because I still hadn't received mine. It reminded me of we were completely abandoned.
